Back in 1957 a small home bakery opened in Bader Street, Hamilton.

As a family, they made wedding and Christmas cakes on the kitchen table and Hot Cross Buns at Easter.

Four generations later, with a shared passion and generational learning, siblings Natasha Thompson and Troy Reid are
baking the very best quality goods that are still hand-made and packaged, before being delivered to
wholesalers and retailers from Whangarei to Invercargill.

and crafted with the same care and attention to detail that our great-grandfather passed down to us.
