Family Values

A very important part of our responsibility when manufacturing food for large amount of people is food safety. The New Zealand Food Safety Association(NZFSA) has twice awarded our kitchen with an Excellence Award for food safety and hygiene.

We are gentle on the environment by:

Using food-grade recycled cardboard to package our products into.
Recycling all aluminum, cardboard and most plastics that we use.

We give back to the community by:

Donating dessert batches that do not quite fit our standards to the local Salvation Army foodbank.
Donate to two charities per year, one of which is always Cancer.
